What we do
At MQC we visit construction sites to monitor and report on the standard of workmanship provided by the contractor and their subcontractors. We look at the work being undertaken for quality and compliance with the agreed scope of works, contract and industry accepted standards of good practice and workmanship as per relevant Codes of Practice and Legislative requirements.

Chard Leisure Centre
£36m Leisure Centre with 8-lane 25m swimming pool, four badminton court sports hall, dry diving training facility, squash courts, clip ‘n’ climb wall, spa, library, café area, multi use games and play areas, community centre, fitness and gym studios, children’s soft play area and 221-space car park.
Project One, Warwick School
£29m relocation of King’s High School for Girls from a listed-building in the city centre to join the other schools at the Myton Road campus. The project included a three-storey Sixth Form Centre for both King’s High and Warwick School students, encompassing catering and social space, formal study areas, careers hub, a library and quiet study areas.
This project won the RIBA West Midlands award in 2021.
IQ Lower Parliament Street, Nottingham
215 bed, 5-storey student accommodation in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. This project also included a roof terrace, new café/ bar space with double height glazed façade, as well as full height glazing to the communal areas, dining area and open plan gym.
